Salon Payment Policy:

 

At A Blow Dry Bar, we want to make your salon experience as convenient as possible. To clarify our payment procedures and ensure a smooth transaction process, we have established the following payment policy:

 

            1.         Payment Methods:

            •          We accept various payment methods such as credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. No cash is currently being accepted.  Please inquire with our staff for specific details.

            2.         Pricing:

            •          Our pricing for services, products, and packages is clearly listed, and any applicable taxes will be added to the final bill.

            3.         Payment Due:

            •          Payment is due at the time of service, immediately following your appointment with a few exceptions which are listed below:

- Group Bookings of 3 or more clients will require a non-refundable 25% non-refundable deposit prior to making an appointment.

- New Year’s requires a non-refundable $50 deposit prior to making an appointment.

            4.         Gratuity:

            •          Tipping is at your discretion and greatly appreciated by our staff. Gratuity can be added to your bill or given directly to the stylist or technician.

            5.         Receipts:

            •          A detailed receipt will be provided upon payment. Please keep your receipt for your records, as it may be required for product returns or inquiries.

            6.         Gift Certificates and Vouchers:

            •          We accept valid gift certificates and vouchers for salon services. Please present them at the time of payment.

            7.         Rescheduling and Cancellation Fees:

            •          Any fees associated with rescheduling or cancellations, as per our Cancellation Policy, will be due at the time of the next appointment or immediately.

            8.         Return Policy:

            •          We currently do not offer any returns or refunds.

            9.         No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees:

            •          No-show and late cancellation fees, as per our No-Show Policy, must be paid before booking future appointments.

            10.       Right to Refuse Service:

            •          Please refer to our Right to Refuse Policy for details on situations in which we may refuse service, which may affect payment.

              11.        Group Bookings:

            •          We currently do not offer any returns or refunds.

            12.       No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees:

            •          No-show and late cancellation fees, as per our No-Show Policy, must be paid before booking future appointments.

Salon Right to Refuse Policy:

 

At A Blow Dry Bar, we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for both our clients and our staff. To maintain this commitment, we have established the following Right to Refuse policy:

 

1. Client Conduct:

   - We expect all clients to treat our staff and fellow clients with respect and courtesy. Disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

 

2. Right to Refuse Service:

   - Our salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client who exhibits inappropriate behavior, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or poses a threat to the safety and well-being of our staff and other clients.

 

3. Hygiene and Health:

   - For the health and safety of our staff and clients, we may refuse service if a client has a contagious condition, skin infection, or other health concerns that could jeopardize the well-being of others.

 

4. Compliance with Policies:

   - Clients are expected to comply with our salon's policies, including latecomer, no-show, and cancellation policies, as well as any COVID-19 or safety guidelines in effect.

 

5. Discrimination:

   - Our salon strictly prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected category. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in discriminatory behavior.

 

6. Refusal Procedure:

   - If a situation arises where we must refuse service, we will handle it discreetly and professionally, ensuring the safety and comfort of all clients involved.

At A Blow Dry Bar, we offer a variety of salon packages designed to provide our clients with exceptional value and a tailored salon experience. To ensure clarity and consistency in the use of our packages, we have established the following package policy:

 

            1.         Package Contents:

            •          Each salon package will include specific services and/or products, which will be clearly outlined in the package description.

            2.         Pricing:

            •          The price of each package is determined based on the included services and products, offering a discount or added value compared to booking services individually.

            3.         Package Availability:

            •          Salon packages are available for purchase and use during regular salon operating hours and are subject to availability. We recommend booking your package services in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

            4.         Appointment Booking:

            •          To redeem a package, you must schedule an appointment in advance. Please inform the salon staff that you are booking a package and provide the package details for accurate scheduling.

            5.         Package Expiry:

            •          Salon packages are valid for a specified period, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the client to use the package services within the validity period.

            6.         No-Show and Cancellation Policy:

            •          The salon’s no-show and cancellation policies, as described in our No-Show and Cancellation Policy, apply to package appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of package services.

            7.         Non-Transferable:

            •          Salon packages are typically non-transferable and intended for use by the purchaser. Some exceptions may apply, and transferability will be indicated in the package description.

            8.         Refunds and Returns:

            •          Refunds for salon packages are generally not provided. In the case of exceptional circumstances, refunds or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

            9.         Package Modifications:

            •          While we aim to provide the services and products as advertised in the package, A Blow Dry Bar reserves the right to modify the package’s contents due to product availability or other unforeseen circumstances. Any such modifications will be communicated to the client in advance.

            10.       Gratuity:

            •          Gratuity for package services is not included in the package price and is at the client’s discretion.
